The mark of a gunshot on the elbow of R, Nigerian, during the body examination carried out by Dr. Antonietta Lanzarone in the Polyclinic of Palermo University.
Following the body analyses, Dr. Lanzarone noticed a scar outcome secondary to a gunshot wound piercing the surface (seton), as well as a cicatricial injury from a cutting weapon. He also reported of a preparatory cut to organ harvesting which was not practiced for a fortuitous interruption, an event that cannot be demonstrated trough the doctor's examination.
